An Act affecting landlord’s rights.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a landlord owning five or fewer housing units, whether such landlord is an individual, trust, partnership or corporate entity of any kind, involved in an eviction action may represent himself in such action or may be represented in such action by the manager of the housing unit subject of the eviction.
