An Act relating to motor fuel.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 94 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 295D and inserting in place thereof the following new section:-
“Section 295D. Any advertisement of motor fuel other than those required in section 295C shall display the total price including all taxes.”
