An Act relative to massage therapy services on Sundays and holidays.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 6 of chapter 136 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended in clause 54, line 179, by inserting after the word “services” the following:-   and massage therapy services as performed by a massage therapist licensed under section 228 of chapter 112
