An Act relative to state lottery agents.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 24 of Chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word sold in line 25, the following:- , provided, however, the commission paid to licensed sales agents for the sale of tickets produced on official paper stock in an authorized manner from the Lottery’s on-line computer system and from instant games shall not be less than five and one-half per cent.
