An Act relative to clarifying the reporting of record keeping requirements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 52C of Chapter 149, as recently amended by section 148 of chapter 240 of the acts of 2010, is amended at the end of the second paragraph by inserting the following sentence:- “The term ‘negatively affect’ shall mean the use of the information in question constitutes the sole basis for determining an employee’s qualification.”
