An Act requiring registration at one stop career centers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 30 of Chapter 151A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following subsection:-
“(d) All persons receiving unemployment insurance shall be required to register and receive orientation at a One-Stop Career Center within 6 weeks of receiving said insurance. The Director shall promulgate regulations in accordance with this section.”
