SECTION 1.

Section 26 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing

in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 1, line 43, after words "pension plans" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of Sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".

SECTION 2.

Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing

in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 1, line 42, after the words "pension plans" the following: ", bona fide apprenticeship programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".

SECTION 3.

Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 1, line 47, after the words "pension plan" the following:- ", a bona fide apprenticeship

program approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".

SECTION 4.

Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 1, line 51, after the words "health and welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fide

apprenticeship programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".

SECTION 5.

Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 3, line 57, after the words "and welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".

SECTION 6.

Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting paragraph 3, line 70, after the words "health and welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".

SECTION 7.

Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 3, line 76, after the words "welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections 11E to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".

SECTION 8.

Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 3, line 85, after the words "welfare funds" the following:- ", bona fide apprenticeship programs approved by the commonwealth which comply with the requirements of sections 1B to 11L, inclusive, of Chapter 23 of the General Laws".

Section 9.

Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word in paragraph 3, line 49 after the word “construction” the following:-“ Any employer engaged in the construction of such works who make payments to a health and welfare plan, a bona fide apprentice program, a pension plan and a supplementary unemployment benefit plan, shall only deduct payments from wages in accordance with the appropriate collective bargaining agreement.
