An Act Removing the Barrier to Self-Employment for Contractors of Services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 148B of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, as amended, is hereby further amended by removing the following text after numeral (2):-
the service is performed outside the usual course of the business of the employer; and,
