An Act Relative to Out-of-State Travel and Unemployment Insurance Benefits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 25 of Chapter 151A of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 144 of the acts of 2014, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (k) the following new subsection:--
(l) No benefits shall be awarded to an individual who leaves the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for more than 2 consecutive weeks, except in a case of necessity or emergency.
