An Act improving financial supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
ABLE accounts shall allow people with disabilities over the age of 26 to access the benefits of an ABLE account as established in Chapter 226 of the Acts of 2014 as well.
