An Act An act allowing the town of Westborough to adopt certain alcoholic beverage licensure laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding sections 17A and 17B of chapter 138 of the General Laws, requiring a city or town to accept the provisions of said sections on or before June 30, 1984, or the provision of section 17C of said chapter 138, requiring a city or town to accept the provisions of said section 17A on or before January 1, 1985, the town of Westborough may, at a vote of town meeting, accept the provisions of said sections 17A to 17C, inclusive, of said chapter 138.
