An Act relative to relative to subdivision plans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 40A of the General Laws, as appearing in 2000 Official Edition is hereby amended in section 6 by deleting the fifth paragraph (lines 58-74) and inserting in place thereof the following section:--
Adoption or amendment of a zoning ordinance or by-law shall not apply to a definitive subdivision plan for a period of three years if said plan was approved prior to the first publication of notice of the public hearing on the adoption or amendment of the relevant zoning ordinance or by-law required by section five.
