An Act relative to columbaria.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1
Section 43M of chapter 114 of the general laws is hereby amended, by adding at the end thereof, the followings sentence:-
Provided, that nothing in this section will prevent the use of columbaria built to house cremated remains which are aesthetically consistent with surrounds and shall be constructed with the durability to withstand all sufficient weather conditions.
