An Act relative to death benefit claims.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 70 of chapter 111, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “program” in lines 39,55 and 62, the following words: “or a death benefit claim filed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 32.”
