An Act expanding eligibility for the Massachusetts loan repayment program for dental providers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any law to the contrary any dental provider practicing in the Commonwealth and who works for a non-profit that has documented that over 50% of patients served are Mass Health and/or Medicaid eligible shall be eligible to access the Massachusetts Loan Repayment Program offered by the Department of Public Health.
