An Act relative to personal use of hoisting equipment.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 65 of chapter 146, of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph:--
(b) Individuals who desire to act as an operator of hoisting machinery for personal use only will be exempt from the licensing requirement.
