An Act relative to fire safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 81 of chapter 146 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "installation", in line 15, the following words:- , service, testing, maintenance and inspection.
SECTION 2. Said section 81 of said chapter 146, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "modification,", in line 22, the following word:- service,.
SECTION 3. Said section 81 of said chapter 146, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "inspection,", in line 23, the following word:- testing.
SECTION 4. Said section 81 of said chapter 146, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 62, the word "who" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- employed by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor who.
