In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to multi-year licensing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 25 of Chapter 147 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out, in line 10, the words “one year” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “two years”.
Section 2. Section 25 of Chapter 147 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out, in line 19, the words “may annually” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “shall biennially”.
