An Act relative to the possession of weapons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 131J of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking “federal, state or municipal” in each instance where it occurs and inserting in place thereof the following:- “federal, state, county or municipal”.
SECTION 2. Section 131J of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the words, “state police and municipal police” and inserting in place thereof the following: “state, county and municipal law enforcement agencies”.
