An Act providing for the retirement of all municipal employees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 32 of the General Laws is amended by adding the following:—

Notwithstanding any general or special laws to the contrary all municipal state employees may opt to retire with a superannuation allowance equal to fifty percent of his or her salary, fifty-five years of age and twenty-five years of service. It must be accepted by local option
