An Act to include certain employees of the Commonwealth in group two of the state retirement system.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in the definition of Group 2 therein, after the words, “wayward children” the following new words:- or employees of the Commonwealth whose regular and major duties require them to have daily contact with prisoners under the department of correction or parolees or persons who are mentally ill or persons who are mentally defective or defective delinquents or wayward children or persons who are patients in institutions of the Commonwealth
