An Act relative to state employees serving in the Massachusetts National Guard or active reserves.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 59A of Chapter 33 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out after the phrase “to be released from his work,” the word “without” and replacing it with “with”.
