An Act to clarify leave under Chapter 41: 111F.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 111F of Chapter 41 is hereby amended by inserting after the word firefighter in line 15 in 2004 Official Edition the following new words “and shall not be subject to the Family Medical Leave Act.”
