An Act relative to the cost of civil service exams.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding and general or special law to the contrary, all costs and fees associated with taking a promotional Civil Service Exam shall be waived for current Massachusetts State Employees.
