An Act relative to court officers and probation officers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1 - Section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the figure "15A", in line 18, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, the following words:- , any deputy sheriff, any associate probation officer, any probation officer, any assistant chief probation officer, any probation officer in charge, any first assistant chief probation officer, any associate court officer, any court officer, any assistant chief court officer, any court officer in charge.
