An Act relative to civil service creditable time.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law, or regulation to the contrary, creditable civil service time for purposes of computing seniority for reemployment lists and reductions in force shall commence with the employees permanent appointment date at to the position which he or she is being separated from.
