An Act relative to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any General, Special Law or Provision of any law or rule to the contrary, that any member of the Professional Fire Fighters of Massachusetts who while during the solicitation of donations to such a worthy cause may do so in his/her uniform while on duty.
