An Act relative to retirement plans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any special or general law, or rule or regulation to the contrary, no employer may force an employee to participate in an OBRA plan in lieu of Social Security.
