An Act relative to the Massachusetts teacher retirement system.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection (4) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “United States,” in line 446, the following words:- service rendered in a territory of the United States, service rendered on a United States military base.
