An Act relative to increasing killed-in-line-of-duty benefits for public safety employees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Subsection (c).  Section 100A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the official 2012 edition, is hereby amended by striking the word “$100,000” in line 8 and inserting in place thereof :- $250,000.

Subsection (d).  Section 100A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the official 2012 edition, is hereby amended by striking the word “$100,000” in line 21 and inserting in place thereof :- $250,000.

Subsection (e).  Section 100A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the official 2012 edition, is hereby amended by striking the word “$100,000” in line 31 and inserting in place thereof :- $250,000.

Subsection (f).  Section 100A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the official 2012 edition, is hereby amended by striking the word “$100,000” in line 32 and inserting in place thereof :- $250,000.
