An Act relative to labor relations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 150E, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition shall be amended in section 6 by adding after the word “workload”, in line 7, the following:- and in the case of fire and police, personnel, shift manning levels.

Section 2. Said chapter is further amended by adding at the end of section 7(B) the following: No cost items agreed to and executed by the parties shall be deemed unenforceable once a negotiated collective bargaining agreement becomes effective by reason of the procedure set forth herein.
