An Act relative to the retirement benefits of certain employees at the Department of Children and Families.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1.  Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word prisoners in line 252 the following words:-

employees of the Department of Children and Families holding the position of Community Resource Developer A/B or C, Case Reviewer A/B, and Special Investigator DSS A/B or equivalent or successive titles who have been employed in such capacities or other DCF Group 2 titles for 10 years of more.
