An Act Relative to Municipal Employees Premium Contribution Rate.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 32B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting in the definition of “employee” in Line 68, the following:--

For employees  who work less than full time, as defined by the employer, the employer’s premium contribution rate shall be pro-rated based on the number of hours worked.
