An Act Relative to the Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical School District.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13 of Chapter 463 of the Acts of 2004 as amended by Chapter 130 of the Acts of 2010 and Chapter 95 of the Acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out the words “section 16 of chapter 34B” and replacing with the following:- “section 19 of chapter 32B”.
