An Act to prohibit powdered alcohol.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 138 Section 1 of the General  Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following at the end of the section:--

“Powdered Alcohol” Any powder or crystalline substance containing alcohol as defined in this section produced for human consumption.

SECTION 2. Chapter 138 Section2 of the General laws, as appearing in 2012 Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:--

Section 2A.  No person shall sell, offer for sale, or deliver, receive or purchase for resale in this Commonwealth, any product consisting of or containing powdered alcohol
