An Act relative to fire fighter training.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition is amended by adding at the end of section 91 the following new paragraph:
(f) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (a) to (d) inclusive, a retired firefighter may be employed by the Department of Fire Services as a training instructor in excess of 960 hours.
