An Act relative to the curatorship program.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary any historic property, pursuant to the provision of Section 44 of Chapter 85 of the Acts of 1994 shall not be subject to the provisions of Chapter 59 of the General Laws.
