An Act relative to Title 5 income tax credit reform.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6(i) of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 198 the figure “$15,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$25,000”; and, by striking in line 201 the figure “$1,500” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$4,000”; and by striking in line 203 the figure “$6,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:-- “$10,000.”
