An Act relative to land conservation incentives.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 38AA(h) of chapter 63 of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting “$2,000,000” and replacing it with “$5,000,000”
