An Act relative to disabled veterans exemption of excise tax on a vehicle.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 60A, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the seventh paragraph, the following:— Any veteran seeking an exemption under this paragraph, shall not be required to possess a disabled veteran license plate, issued pursuant to section 2 of chapter 90.
