An Act relative to personal service contracts.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1:

Chapter 30, Section 46 (5A) is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence thereof:

No person may be recruited under this section if he has held a personal services contract with or been in the service of the commonwealth within a twelve-month period immediately prior to the date of proposed recruitment.
