An Act to name the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The facility established by the Massachusetts clean energy technology center in the South Terminal of the city of New Bedford, including any and all real estate owned or leased by the said center, for use as a multi-purpose commercial marine terminal including, but not limited to use as a marine staging site for construction, development and maintenance of offshore renewable energy projects in New England and other purposes consistent with those described in section 2 of chapter 23j of the general laws shall be designated and known as the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal and such name shall be used by said center and the executive office of energy and environmental affairs in all publications, websites, signage and official and public communications.
