An Act defining regulation of home improvement contractors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 142A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words "and resident".
SECTION 2. Section 1 of Chapter 142A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 32, the words "owner occupied".
SECTION 3. Section 1 of Chapter 142A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 41, the words "owner occupied".
