An Act relative to the personal care attendant program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 73(b) of Chapter 118E of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following phrase at the end of the first sentence in that subsection”
“, and employees of an agency of the commonwealth for the purposes of clause twenty six (o) of section seven of chapter four.”
