An Act authorizing the lease of a certain property in the towns of Needham and Wellesley.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 622 of the Acts of 1989 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “twenty-five years,” the following words:- and a renewal term of twenty-five years,
