An Act relating to technical corrections.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Subsection 26 of Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking the following words from the first paragraph:

or any person, corporation, association, partnership or other legal entity which receives or expends public funds for the payment or administration of pensions for any current or former employees of the commonwealth or any political subdivision as defined in section 1 of chapter 32,

SECTION 2. Section 7 of Chapter 66 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by at the end thereto the following sentence:

All records in the custody of the state secretary shall be open to public inspection and available for copying after the expiration of seventy-five years from creation of the record.

SECTION 3. Section 2A of Chapter 46 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out, in the first sentence, the words “children born out of wedlock or” and “or those of persons born out of wedlock”.

SECTION 4. Subsection 26c of Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “information” the following words: of living people; and by inserting after the word “named” the following word: living.
