An Act relative to the STEM Advisory Council.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 217 of Chapter 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended by Section 12 of Chapter 165 of the Acts of 2014, shall be amended in subsection (c) by striking out the number 30 in the first sentence and replacing it with the following - 35; and by adding at the end of said subsection the following: provided further, that not less than 12 members of the Council shall represent companies that employ STEM professionals.
