An Act relative to the timely determination of towing rates.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6B of Chapter 159B of the general laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by inserting, after the first sentence in the first paragraph, the following new sentence:-
“The department shall issue a decision on any written request for adjustment of the maximum charges within 12 months.”
