An Act relative to trailer registration for Massachusetts youth organizations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1

Section 33 of chapter 90 of the general laws is amended by adding at the end thereof, the following new section (37):-

No fee shall be exacted for the registration of a trailer for use by the Boys Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of the USA, Massachusetts 4-H clubs, the Grange or any other non-profit and charitable youth organization in the Commonwealth.
