An Act relative to emergency vehicles.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 7B of Chapter 89 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “available,” the following words:- “and such emergency vehicle shall have it’s emergency lights and/or siren activated when acting in an emergency capacity,”
